ऋषय ऊचुः । विना ज्ञानाद्विना ध्यानाद्विना चेन्द्रियनिग्रहात् । अनायासेन येनैतत्प्राप्यते परमं पदम्

ṛṣaya ūcuḥ | vinā jñānādvinā dhyānādvinā cendriyanigrahāt | anāyāsena yenaitatprāpyate paramaṃ padam
