Transliteration

evamuktvā dvijaśreṣṭho gomatītīramāśritaḥ | upaspṛśya yathānyāyaṃ śāstradṛṣṭena karmaṇā

Translation

Tendo assim falado, o melhor dos duas-vezes-nascidos foi à margem do Gomati e, segundo a regra correta, realizou o ato purificatório prescrito (ācamana e semelhantes), conforme visto nos śāstras.
