Transliteration

kuśena daityarājena sevitāṃ pālitāṃ tathā | bahumleccha samākīrṇāmadharmopārjakairjanaiḥ

Translation

Essa terra era servida e governada por Kuśa, rei dos daityas; estava apinhada de muitos mlecchas e de pessoas que ganhavam a vida por meios contrários ao dharma.
