Transliteration

yastu māghacaturddaśyāṃ somavāre nṛpottama | śuklāyāṃ vātha kṛṣṇāyāṃ spṛṣṭvā siddho bhavennaraḥ

Translation

Mas o homem que, ó melhor dos reis, no décimo quarto dia lunar de Māgha, caindo numa segunda-feira—seja na quinzena clara ou na escura—toca o lugar/objeto sagrado, torna-se realizado.
