Type: kshetra
Listener: Dvijāḥ (assembled sages/Brāhmaṇas)
Scene: Elder Bāhlīka with his son, Śakuni, and the venerable teachers Droṇa and Kṛpa are shown establishing or honoring liṅgas in the sacred precinct, with a solemn, reconciliatory atmosphere.
Even figures known for worldly conflict are remembered here through acts of worship—Purāṇic tīrtha narratives reframe legacy through dharmic consecration.
Hāṭakeśvara-kṣetra, within Nāgara Khaṇḍa Tīrthamāhātmya.
The verse continues the enumeration of liṅga installations by various persons (some with their sons).
