Transliteration

evaṃ tasya tṛṣārtasya patitasya dharātale | dhṛtaprāṇasya kṛcchreṇa saṃyāto'stācalaṃ raviḥ

Translation

Assim, aquele homem, atormentado pela sede, jazia caído no chão, sustentando a vida com grande dificuldade; por fim, o Sol desceu atrás da montanha do ocidente.
