Transliteration

devaśarmābhidhānaṃ tu śaraṇāgatavatsalam | āhitāgniṃ caturvedaṃ smṛtimārgānuyāyinam

Translation

Seu nome era Devaśarmā, compassivo para com os que buscavam refúgio; havia estabelecido os fogos sagrados, conhecia os quatro Vedas e seguia o caminho prescrito pela Smṛti.
