प्रतिकूलो भवेद्यस्तु पाथिवानां स मन्दधीः । न तस्य जायते सौख्यं कथंचिद्द्विजसत्तम
pratikūlo bhavedyastu pāthivānāṃ sa mandadhīḥ | na tasya jāyate saukhyaṃ kathaṃciddvijasattama
“Mas quem se torna hostil aos reis é de entendimento obtuso; para ele, ó o melhor entre os duas-vezes-nascidos, a felicidade não surge de modo algum.”
