A vow of repeated pilgrimage and remembrance of a sacred shrine is upheld as a disciplined path that sustains devotion and merit.
The local prāsāda (temple) within Nāgarakhaṇḍa’s Tīrthamāhātmya is praised; Kalpagrāma is mentioned as the distant point of departure.
Vrata: maintaining a fixed observance of traveling to the shrine and returning—regular pilgrimage as a disciplined religious practice.
