Transliteration

tasmiṃstapasi saṃsthe tu hatā iṃdreṇa dānavāḥ | vaṃśocchede samāpanne dānavānāṃ mahātmanām

Translation

Enquanto ele permanecia estabelecido nessa austeridade, os Dānavas foram mortos por Indra, e a linhagem dos magnânimos Dānavas chegou à beira da extinção.
