Transliteration

śāligrāmaśilā yasyāṃ bhūmau saṃpūjyate nṛbhiḥ | pañcakrośaṃ punātyeṣā api pāpaśatānvitaiḥ

Translation

A terra em que a pedra de Śālagrāma é devidamente venerada pelos homens—essa pedra sagrada purifica uma extensão de cinco krośas, mesmo que (os moradores) estejam carregados de centenas de pecados.
