एवं शुद्धिसमोपेते द्रव्ये प्राप्ते गृहांतिकम् । पूर्वेद्युः सायमासाद्य श्राद्धार्हाणां द्विजन्मनाम्
evaṃ śuddhisamopete dravye prāpte gṛhāṃtikam | pūrvedyuḥ sāyamāsādya śrāddhārhāṇāṃ dvijanmanām
Assim, quando os materiais puros e devidamente qualificados tiverem sido trazidos à casa, na tarde do dia anterior deve-se aproximar e acertar os preparativos com os duas-vezes-nascidos aptos a receber o Śrāddha.
