पद्मज उवाच । श्राद्धकाले तु विप्राणां भोज्यपात्रेषु कृत्स्नशः । भस्मरेखां प्रदास्यंति ह्येतैस्तत्त्याज्यमेव हि
padmaja uvāca | śrāddhakāle tu viprāṇāṃ bhojyapātreṣu kṛtsnaśaḥ | bhasmarekhāṃ pradāsyaṃti hyetaistattyājyameva hi
Padmaja (Brahmā) disse: “No tempo do śrāddha, estes seres traçarão linhas de cinza por toda a volta dos recipientes de alimento dos brāhmaṇas. Portanto, no caso deles, tal comida/arranjo deve ser evitado de fato.”
