आयुधानां यथा वज्रं सरसां सागरो यथा । श्रेष्ठस्थानजविप्राणां तथाष्टकुलसंभवः

Transliteration

āyudhānāṃ yathā vajraṃ sarasāṃ sāgaro yathā | śreṣṭhasthānajaviprāṇāṃ tathāṣṭakulasaṃbhavaḥ

Translation

Assim como o vajra é o primeiro entre as armas, e o oceano entre as águas, assim o nascido das «oito linhagens» é o mais eminente entre os melhores brāhmaṇas locais.
