Transliteration

tato devagaṇānsarvāñchaśāpa ca tadā satī | bhobhoḥ śakra tvayānītā yadeṣā paṃcabhartṛkā

Translation

Então, naquele mesmo instante, Satī lançou uma maldição sobre todas as hostes dos deuses: «Ouvi-me, ó Śakra (Indra)! Foi por ti que esta mulher—destinada a ter cinco maridos—foi trazida aqui.»
