Transliteration

tatastatsnānavelāyāṃ kṣeptavyaṃ salile tvayā | yena lokaḥ samasto'yaṃ vetti kālaṃ tu snānajam

Translation

Depois, no exato momento desse banho, deves lançá-lo na água, para que todo este povo conheça o tempo correto do rito do banho.
