Type: kshetra
Listener: Dvija-uttamas (assembled sages)
Scene: After the yajña, a large feeding hall: brāhmaṇas and bhikṣukas seated in rows; the poor and blind are served first; priests receive dakṣiṇā respectfully; the yajamāna bows in gratitude.
True ritual culminates in compassion and generosity—feeding and honoring all, and giving proper dakṣiṇā to the priests.
The acts occur in the Hāṭakeśvara-kṣetra context, where dharmic giving and yajña are celebrated as tīrtha-enhancing.
Saṃtarpana (satisfying/feeding) at yajña completion and giving dakṣiṇā to ṛtviks as prescribed (yathokta).
