अथ तास्तापसान्राजा प्रोवाच प्रणतः स्थितः । संध्याकालः समायातः सांप्रतं मुनिसत्तमाः । तस्मात्संध्याविधिः कार्यः सर्वैरेव यथोचितः
atha tāstāpasānrājā provāca praṇataḥ sthitaḥ | saṃdhyākālaḥ samāyātaḥ sāṃprataṃ munisattamāḥ | tasmātsaṃdhyāvidhiḥ kāryaḥ sarvaireva yathocitaḥ
Então o rei, de pé com reverência e humildade, dirigiu-se aos ascetas: «Ó melhores dos sábios, chegou agora o tempo da Sandhyā. Portanto, que todos realizem os ritos da Sandhyā, cada qual de modo apropriado».
