ततः प्रोवाच संगत्य साम्ना परमवल्गुना । विश्वामित्रं नृपश्रेष्ठं भयेन महताऽन्वितः
tataḥ provāca saṃgatya sāmnā paramavalgunā | viśvāmitraṃ nṛpaśreṣṭhaṃ bhayena mahatā'nvitaḥ
Então, aproximando-se e encontrando-se com Viśvāmitra, o mais nobre dos reis, falou-lhe com palavras extremamente suaves e conciliadoras, embora estivesse tomado de grande temor.
