प्रायोपवेशनं कृत्वा ह्युपवासपरो नरः । यस्त्यजेन्मानवः प्राणान्न स भूयोऽभिजायते
prāyopaveśanaṃ kṛtvā hyupavāsaparo naraḥ | yastyajenmānavaḥ prāṇānna sa bhūyo'bhijāyate
