श्रीभगवानुवाच । न तेऽस्ति मरणं दैत्य कथंचिच्चिंतितं मया । तेनेत्थं विधृतं व्योम्नि भित्त्वा शूलेन वक्षसि
śrībhagavānuvāca | na te'sti maraṇaṃ daitya kathaṃcicciṃtitaṃ mayā | tenetthaṃ vidhṛtaṃ vyomni bhittvā śūlena vakṣasi
O Senhor Abençoado disse: “Ó Daitya, a morte não está ordenada para ti — assim foi resolvido por mim. Portanto, foste mantido no alto do céu, com o peito trespassado pelo tridente.”
