ततस्तौ पितरौ द्वौ तु दृष्ट्वा क्षुत्परिपीडितौ । भार्यां च चिंतयामास दुःखेन महतान्वितः

Transliteration

tatastau pitarau dvau tu dṛṣṭvā kṣutparipīḍitau | bhāryāṃ ca ciṃtayāmāsa duḥkhena mahatānvitaḥ

Translation

Então, ao ver seus dois pais atormentados pela fome, foi tomado por grande tristeza e começou a preocupar-se também com sua esposa.
