Type: kshetra
Scene: A group of brāhmaṇas with folded hands petition the Lord for perpetual remembrance of their names in śrāddha rites, seeking equality with the revered Citraśarman; ritual vessels, darbha grass, and piṇḍa offerings are arranged in a sacred precinct.
A lasting dharmic legacy is sought through service to ancestral rites (śrāddha) and alignment with divine grace.
The verse belongs to a kṣetra-focused chapter on śrāddha merit, but does not name the site within this line.
Śrāddha is explicitly referenced: the aspiration is that their names be invoked and that their role be effective in all śrāddha rites.
