महादेवि महाप्राज्ञे लीलावति गुणप्रिये । यथाशंसि तथा विप्रस्ततोपि गुणवत्तरः
mahādevi mahāprājñe līlāvati guṇapriye | yathāśaṃsi tathā viprastatopi guṇavattaraḥ
Ó grande rainha, ó Līlāvatī, de vasta sabedoria e amante da virtude: tal como o elogias, assim é esse brâmane; antes, ele é ainda mais rico em boas qualidades.
