निष्प्रत्यूहं च नितरां पुरुषार्थाः पदेपदे । धूपधूमभरैर्व्योम यद्रक्तं तु तदा मुने
niṣpratyūhaṃ ca nitarāṃ puruṣārthāḥ padepade | dhūpadhūmabharairvyoma yadraktaṃ tu tadā mune
E, ó sábio, os fins da vida humana eram alcançados sem impedimento a cada passo; e então o céu parecia avermelhado pelas densas massas de fumaça de incenso.
