Transliteration

vipadyapi hi te dhanyā na ye dainyapraṇoditāḥ | dhanairmalinacittānāmālabhaṃteṃgaṇaṃ kvacit

Translation

Bem-aventurados são, de fato, aqueles que, mesmo na adversidade, não são levados à vileza; mas os de mente manchada pela riqueza, por vezes, alcançam um lugar no pátio apenas pelo dinheiro.
