अगस्त्य उवाच । किं वक्तुकामा देवि त्वं ब्रूहि तत्त्वमशंकिता । न त्वादृशीनां वाक्यं हि पत्युः खेदाय जायते
agastya uvāca | kiṃ vaktukāmā devi tvaṃ brūhi tattvamaśaṃkitā | na tvādṛśīnāṃ vākyaṃ hi patyuḥ khedāya jāyate
Agastya disse: «Ó deusa, o que desejas dizer? Dize a verdade sem hesitação. As palavras de mulheres como tu jamais se tornam causa de aflição para o esposo».
