Transliteration

kiṃ vṛṇe yāvaditthaṃ sā ciṃtayeccārumadhyamā | tāvattayāniraikṣiṣṭa varākī barkarī puraḥ

Translation

Enquanto a bela de cintura esguia ainda pensava: «Que dádiva devo escolher?», nesse ínterim a desventurada cabra Barkarī foi posta diante de seus olhos, de pé bem à sua frente.
