कृतकृत्यास्तु ते विप्राः प्रणेमुस्तान्सुरोत्तमान् । वृत्तिं दत्त्वा ततो देवाः स्वस्थानं च प्रतस्थिरे

kṛtakṛtyāstu te viprāḥ praṇemustānsurottamān | vṛttiṃ dattvā tato devāḥ svasthānaṃ ca pratasthire

Tendo cumprido o seu propósito, aqueles brāhmaṇas prostraram-se diante dos mais excelsos dos deuses. Então os devas, após lhes concederem o sustento, partiram para a sua própria morada.
