तस्मिंस्तिलोदकेनापि सद्गतिं यांति तर्पिताः । पितरो नरकाद्वा पि सुपुत्रेण सुमेधसा
tasmiṃstilodakenāpi sadgatiṃ yāṃti tarpitāḥ | pitaro narakādvā pi suputreṇa sumedhasā
Ali, mesmo com a simples oferta de água com gergelim (tilodaka), os antepassados, satisfeitos, alcançam um rumo bem-aventurado. De fato, por meio de um filho virtuoso e sábio, os Pitṛs são libertos até mesmo do inferno.
