राजपुत्र उवाच । यो देवः सर्वेदेवेषु महादेवं इति स्मृतः । पूज्यते स हि विश्वात्मा शिवोऽस्माभिरुमापतिः
rājaputra uvāca | yo devaḥ sarvedeveṣu mahādevaṃ iti smṛtaḥ | pūjyate sa hi viśvātmā śivo'smābhirumāpatiḥ
O príncipe disse: «Aquele deus que, entre todos os deuses, é lembrado como “Mahādeva”: Ele, a Alma do universo, Śiva, Senhor de Umā, é por nós adorado.»
