Transliteration

iti sā dṛḍhanirbaṃdhā vāryamāṇāpi baṃdhubhiḥ | satyalopabhayānnārī prāṇāṃstyaktuṃ mano dadhe

Translation

Assim, embora fosse contida por seus parentes, permaneceu firme em sua decisão. Temendo qualquer quebra da verdade, a mulher dispôs a mente a abandonar a própria vida.
