चित्रसेन उवाच । अर्घस्यास्य न योग्योऽहं महर्षे नास्मि भाषणे । मृगमध्यस्थितो विप्रस्तव पुत्रो मया हतः
citrasena uvāca | arghasyāsya na yogyo'haṃ maharṣe nāsmi bhāṣaṇe | mṛgamadhyasthito viprastava putro mayā hataḥ
Citrasena disse: “Ó grande sábio, não sou digno deste arghya; não sou digno de falar. Teu filho, ó brâmane, que estava entre os veados, foi morto por mim.”
