revātaṭaṃ samāsādya dānavastapasi sthitaḥ | ugraṃ tapaścacārāsau dāruṇaṃ lomaharṣaṇam

Translation

Chegando à margem da Revā, o Dānava firmou-se na austeridade. Ele praticou um tapas feroz, duro e arrepiador em sua severidade.
