Transliteration

jātamātraṃ tu taṃ jñātvā brahmā lokapitāmahaḥ | cakāra nāma suprīta ṛṣidevasamanvitaḥ

Translation

Assim que soube do nascimento da criança, Brahmā—o avô dos mundos—com alegria lhe conferiu um nome, acompanhado por ṛṣis e deuses.
