एवं महत्पुण्यतमं च कल्पं पठन्ति शृण्वन्ति च ये द्विजेन्द्राः । महावराहस्य महेश्वरस्य दिने दिने ते विमला भवन्ति
evaṃ mahatpuṇyatamaṃ ca kalpaṃ paṭhanti śṛṇvanti ca ye dvijendrāḥ | mahāvarāhasya maheśvarasya dine dine te vimalā bhavanti
Assim, ó melhor dos duas-vezes-nascidos, aqueles que recitam e aqueles que ouvem este relato de mérito supremo —a sagrada narrativa de Maheśvara, o Grande Javali— tornam-se puros dia após dia.
