ज्येष्ठमासे तु सम्प्राप्ते शुक्लपक्षे चतुर्दशी । तत्र स्नात्वा विधानेन भक्त्या दानं प्रयच्छति
jyeṣṭhamāse tu samprāpte śuklapakṣe caturdaśī | tatra snātvā vidhānena bhaktyā dānaṃ prayacchati
Quando chega o mês de Jyeṣṭha, no décimo quarto dia da quinzena clara, após banhar-se ali segundo o rito prescrito, deve-se oferecer caridade com devoção.
