Narrator (Purāṇic narrator in Revā Khaṇḍa context)
Scene: The Goddess concludes: she has surveyed the worlds with divine sight; then she vanishes/withdraws. The king, resolved, returns to his palace to implement the instruction.
Divine assurance and instruction are given succinctly; once dharma is indicated, one must act on it without delay.
The verse remains within the Revā Khaṇḍa narrative frame tied to the Revā/Narmadā sacred region, without naming a distinct tīrtha here.
No new prescription appears in this verse; it closes the Goddess’ counsel episode and transitions to the king’s action.
