देवपन्न उवाच । यदि तुष्टासि देवेशि वरार्हो यदि वाप्यहम् । पुत्रसन्तानरहितं संतप्तं मां समुद्धर
devapanna uvāca | yadi tuṣṭāsi deveśi varārho yadi vāpyaham | putrasantānarahitaṃ saṃtaptaṃ māṃ samuddhara
Devapanna disse: «Se estás satisfeita, ó Senhora dos deuses, e se sou digno de uma graça, então ergue-me deste tormento—eu, desprovido de filhos e descendência».
