Transliteration

ekaḥ putro dharāpṛṣṭhe pitḥṇāmārtināśanaḥ | cāṇakyo nāma rājābhūcchuklatīrthaṃ ca veda saḥ

Translation

Sobre a face da terra houve um único filho que dissipou a aflição dos ancestrais. Ergueu-se um rei chamado Cāṇakya; ele, de fato, conhecia o Śuklatīrtha.
