Transliteration

vedavidyāvratasnātān sarvaśāstraviśāradān | ṛgyajuḥsāmasaṃyuktāṃstathātharvavibhūṣitān

Translation

Convidaram brāhmaṇas banhados no saber védico e em votos de disciplina, versados em todos os śāstras—dotados de Ṛg, Yajus e Sāman, e adornados também com a tradição do Atharvan.
