ततस्तस्यामतीतायां सन्ध्यायां नृपसत्तम । शेषं मानुष्यमेकं तु काले वर्षशतं स्थितम्
tatastasyāmatītāyāṃ sandhyāyāṃ nṛpasattama | śeṣaṃ mānuṣyamekaṃ tu kāle varṣaśataṃ sthitam
Então, ó o melhor dos reis, quando aquela fase crepuscular se esvaiu, restou apenas um único período humano; contudo, no curso do tempo, ele perdurou por cem anos.
