समुत्सृजामि भगवन्व्रतमेतत्त्वदाज्ञया । इत्युक्त्वा लिंगमूलस्थान्दर्भानुत्तरतस्त्यजेत्
samutsṛjāmi bhagavanvratametattvadājñayā | ityuktvā liṃgamūlasthāndarbhānuttaratastyajet
“Ó Bhagavan, por Tua ordem concluo agora este voto.” Tendo dito isso, deve-se lançar fora a relva darbha colocada na base do Liṅga, descartando-a para o lado norte.
