शिवागमन-नाद-समागमः (Śiva’s Advent, the Drum-Sound, and the Cosmic Assembly)
विश्वकर्मा ततो गत्वा तत्र नानाविधां मुने । रचनां रचयामास द्रुतं शम्भोरनुज्ञया
viśvakarmā tato gatvā tatra nānāvidhāṃ mune | racanāṃ racayāmāsa drutaṃ śambhoranujñayā
Então Viśvakarmā foi até lá, ó sábio, e—com a permissão de Śambhu—modelou rapidamente uma construção de muitos tipos, com variados desenhos e arranjos.

The verse emphasizes Saguna Śiva as the Lord who authorizes and directs sacred works. Temples, altars, and ritual spaces—often centered on the Liṅga—are meaningful because they are established as offerings under Śiva’s sanction, not merely as human craftsmanship.
A practical takeaway is to begin worship and sacred tasks with Śiva-saṅkalpa—invoking ‘Om Namaḥ Śivāya’ and mentally offering the work to Śiva—so the act becomes sevā rather than ego-driven effort.
