स्त्रीभिश्च शूद्रवत्कार्यं मृदाग्रहणमुत्तमम् । हस्तौ पादौ च प्रक्षाल्य पूर्ववन्मृदमाहरेत्
strībhiśca śūdravatkāryaṃ mṛdāgrahaṇamuttamam | hastau pādau ca prakṣālya pūrvavanmṛdamāharet
