न रजक्या न बन्धक्या तथा श्रवणया न च । न च दुर्भगया क्वापि सखित्वं कारयेत्क्वचित्
na rajakyā na bandhakyā tathā śravaṇayā na ca | na ca durbhagayā kvāpi sakhitvaṃ kārayetkvacit
Nunca, em tempo algum, se deve firmar laço de amizade com mulher de conduta impura, nem com a enganadora, nem com aquela conhecida apenas por boatos e mexericos; e em lugar nenhum se cultive intimidade com quem é de má sorte ou de disposição inauspiciosa.
