शिवपुत्रजननवर्णनम् — Description of the Birth/Manifestation of Śiva’s Son

अथ विष्णुप्रभृतिकास्सर्वे देवा विमोहिताः । दह्यमाना ययुः शीघ्रं शरणं पार्वतीपतेः

atha viṣṇuprabhṛtikāssarve devā vimohitāḥ | dahyamānā yayuḥ śīghraṃ śaraṇaṃ pārvatīpateḥ

Então, todos os deuses—começando por Viṣṇu—ficaram aturdidos; e, abrasados por aquela aflição, foram depressa buscar refúgio junto ao Senhor de Pārvatī (Śiva).
