शिवपुत्रजननवर्णनम् — Description of the Birth/Manifestation of Śiva’s Son
ततोऽसहंतस्तद्वीर्यं पीडिता ह्यभवन् सुराः । विष्ण्वाद्या निखिलाश्चाति शिवाऽऽज्ञा नष्टबुद्धयः
tato'sahaṃtastadvīryaṃ pīḍitā hyabhavan surāḥ | viṣṇvādyā nikhilāścāti śivā''jñā naṣṭabuddhayaḥ
Então, incapazes de suportar aquele vigoroso poder, os deuses ficaram oprimidos. Todos—começando por Viṣṇu—ficaram totalmente confundidos na mente, pois o comando de Śiva prevaleceu sobre eles.
