प्र सेनानीः शूरो अग्रे रथानां गव्यन्नेति हर्षते अस्य सेना । भद्रान्कृण्वन्निन्द्रहवान्त्सखिभ्य आ सोमो वस्त्रा रभसानि दत्ते ॥

Transliteration

prá senānī́ḥ śū́ro ágre ráthānāṃ gavyánn eti hárṣate asya sénā | bhadrā́n kṛṇván indra-havā́n sákhibhya ā́ sómo vástrā rabhasā́ni dátte ||

Translation

Para a frente avança Soma, o herói, comandante à frente dos carros; buscando os rebanhos luminosos, sua hoste rejubila. Fazendo o auspicioso e invocando a força de Indra, Soma dá aos companheiros vestes impetuosas — novos véus de luz e poder.
