आ यो योनिं देवकृतं ससाद क्रत्वा ह्यग्निरमृताँ अतारीत् । तमोषधीश्च वनिनश्च गर्भं भूमिश्च विश्वधायसं बिभर्ति ॥

ā yó yóniṃ deva-kṛ́taṃ sasā́da kratvā́ hy agnír amṛ́tān átārīt | tám oṣádhīś ca váninaś ca gárbhaṃ bhū́miś ca viśvá-dhāyasaṃ bibharti ||

Aquele que chegou ao seio feito pelos deuses — pela potência do seu krátu, Agni atravessou para além dos Imortais. As plantas e as florestas o carregam como germe, e também a Terra o carrega, o Sustentador-de-tudo, como semente oculta do seu devir universal.
